This is a unique opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale CRM solutions, working alongside global teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performance Microsoft Dynamics implementations for the financial sector.

What You'll Do

• Financial System Integration – Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with core banking and financial applications.
• Customization & Compliance – Configure forms, workflows, and business process flows aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Data Security & Governance – Implement RBAC, encryption, and secure design practices to protect sensitive financial data.
• Automation & Reporting – Leverage Power Automate and Power BI for insights, reporting, and fraud detection.
• Technical Leadership – Guide architecture decisions, establish development best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Performance Optimisation – Ensure CRM performance and scalability for high-volume financial transactions.
