We are expanding rapidly across Asia, Middle East & Latin America and are looking for a highly driven Sales & CRM Operations Manager to lead our sales coordination, manage customer pipelines, and implement our CRM systems across regions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and support our sales teams across Malaysia, Dubai & Panama.
- Set up, update, and manage the company’s CRM system (Zoho / Monday / Airtable / HubSpot).
- Ensure all sales pipelines, leads, and follow-ups are updated daily.
- Coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Generate weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Track KPIs, incentives, and performance targets for the sales team.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, updating product catalogues, and managing quotations.
- Improve sales processes and communication flow across our multi-country operations.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales coordination, CRM management, or operations.Experience in FMCG / trading / distribution / export is an advantage.Strong English communication (Spanish is a plus but not required).Familiar with CRM platforms (Zoho, Monday.com, Airtable, HubSpot).Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing regional teams.Able to work in a high-speed environment with multiple SKUs and shipments.Contact : Our COO Mr Dinesh at
