Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with various stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Overview
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to conveyancing and leasing transactions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all property-related matters.
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on leasing agreements and property issues.
- Oversee the execution of property-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when necessary.
- Manage disputes related to conveyancing or leasing and provide resolution strategies.
- Lead a team to ensure smooth operation of legal processes within the department.
- Support the Legal department in achieving corporate objectives and maintaining risk management standards.
