Job descriptionLead account strategy, promotions, and annual plans Manage trade spend & account P&L to maximize ROI Review sales trends and identify growth opportunities Strengthen partnerships with the buying team Maintain strong customer relationships and drive sell-in / out Execute in-store promotions and ensure merchandising standards Support KAMs in promotions, reviews & reporting Monitor stock, sales performance, and competitor activities Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent Proven KAM experience in beauty / personal care Excellent negotiation, planning & analytical skills Experience : 3–7 years in Key Account / Trade Sales (FMCG / Beauty) Diploma / Degree in relevant field Organized, analytical, and target-driven Prestigious Employer : Join a company with a renowned, award-winning culture.
