Technical Delivery Manager Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of banking technology initiatives, spanning planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, ensuring enterprise compliance and security standards.
- Collaborate with BAs, System Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and Security teams.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, performance / load, and security testing, including production cutovers.
- Drive system enhancements and change requests aligned with business needs.
- Provide leadership and coordination across multiple teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Technical Delivery Manager Requirements
Bachelor’s in IT / related field.
6–9+ years’ IT / Banking experience with proven Core Banking delivery.Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile.Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Technical Expertise
Core Banking : IBM AS400, RPG, CL, COBOL, ALDON, SDLC, Agile.Loans & Credit : AS400 / DB2, Silverlake Loans & Limits, RPG, COBOL, ALDON.Compliance : Actimize, SQL / Oracle, UNIX / Windows; tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Visio.Production Support & Fixes
Provide Level 3 support and incident resolution across Customer, Deposits, Loans, Collateral, NPL, Payments, ATM .
Conduct root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes.Develop and deploy fixes on AS400 using RPG / COBOL .Work closely with L1 / L2 teams, business, and vendors.Compliance & Documentation Focus
