Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for managing programme goals, scope, delivery plans, risks, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business objectives. In addition, you will collaborate closely with project leads, workstream owners, and stakeholders to drive end‑to‑end programme execution, manage interdependencies, and ensure timely reporting and escalation of critical issues.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan, manage, and track programme goals, scope, delivery approach, delivery plan, activities, risk, and deliverables.
- Drive overall programme planning and tracking of project milestones to achieve the desired business outcomes as agreed with the sponsor and steering committee.
- Plan, manage, and track workstream milestones and detailed delivery plans to meet time, cost, and quality as defined by project scope.
- Lead identification, escalation, and management of key project issues and risks related to the workstream, including seeking resolution and executing contingency / action plan.
- Develop risk management plan and mitigation plan with project team for issues and risks, proactively managing it with proposed recommendation.
- Review progress against plans, reporting progress to the steering committee and maintaining a project management file and document register.
- Collaborate with other transformation workstream leads and project managers to track and manage overall end‑to‑end project timelines and activities.
- Identify and manage key workstream dependencies, including dependencies from other in‑flight projects.
- Provide consolidated reporting across all workstreams to key stakeholders on a timely basis to keep them informed of overall status and decisions required.
- Act as a change agent to promote transformation mindset and behaviour across the organization.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.8+ years in programme or project management, ideally in transformation.Strong planning, tracking, and organizational skills.Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.Skilled in project tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).Strong risk and issue management capabilities.Able to lead change and promote transformation mindset.Analytical and solution‑oriented.Professional, accountable, and collaborative.What’s Next
