Supervisor (F&B) - Batu Kawan

Refresh Coffee is more than just a café — we're a co-working friendly hub where people gather to work, connect, and recharge. Our Batu Kawan outlet is growing, and we're looking for an energetic Café Supervisor to lead our team of baristas and service crew.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily shifts and ensure smooth café operations.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of up to 15 staff (full-time & part-time).
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold our "Not just a drink, it's a mood" experience.
• Manage rosters, staff deployment, and handle on-the-spot challenges.
• Oversee cash handling, POS closing, stock rotation, and waste control.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and positivity.
