Job Description :
- Perform setup, tuning, and adjustment for Welding Assembly Jigs and Models.
- Prepare component, jig, and fixture designs, and develop corresponding technical drawings.
- Conduct annual preventive maintenance for manual and automated jigs to ensure optimal performance.
- Carry out simulation studies and fabricate delivery / stationary rack samples.
- Provide technical support for automation and robotic welding systems, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Participate in project improvement works, fabrication, and process automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all engineering activities..
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) or Diploma in Welding, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering fields.Technical skills : Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, Welding, Mechanical Maintenance, and familiarity with automation / robotic systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook / Email).Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimum supervision.Willing to work extended hours and shifts when required.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
