DevOps Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Overview

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong cybersecurity awareness to support our security operations and engineering teams. This role will focus on building secure, automated, and scalable infrastructure while ensuring compliance, system resilience, and continuous monitoring. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, security-first practices, and enabling faster, safer software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure CI / CD pipelines for application and security tool deployments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with security best practices (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Enforce security gates and quality checks at each stage of the pipeline to prevent insecure code or configurations from reaching production.
• Manage, monitor, and harden cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid).
• Support security teams in deploying, integrating, and maintaining SOC and cybersecurity tools.
• Implement and maintain security controls for cloud services, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, and data encryption.
• Automate security baselines and compliance checks for both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Automate vulnerability patching, compliance checks, and security baselines.
• Develop monitoring and alerting solutions (SIEM / SOAR integration, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions for security events using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
• Work closely with developers, SOC analysts, and security engineers to ensure secure DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues while ensuring minimal downtime.
• Document DevOps security processes, policies, and system architecture.
