Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and branding consistency. Marketing - General Recruitment (2025 Intake)
Location : Shopee Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
As a Marketing Associate, you will support Shopee’s marketing initiatives by executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and engaging users across various channels. You will work closely with internal teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Business Development, Operations, Design) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, generating insights for improvement.
- Support Shopee’s promotional events, online sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), and product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting for marketing activities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and consumer behavior insights to refine marketing strategies.
