This range is provided by Schmaco Auto Parts Industries Sdn Bhd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
  • To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business and maintain sales achievement for the company.
  • To submit daily and monthly sales reports to superior regarding sales activities, customer complaints, market feedback and other related matters.
  • To plan sales activities and strategies to meet the annual sales target.
  • To plan and organise daily work schedule to approach potential customers.
  • To provide continuous communication to the customers about new items, order status and other logistic issues.
  • To follow up with customers on overdue term collection to reduce bad debts from customers.
  • To handle goods returned from customers and provide after sales support as necessary.
  • To provide suggestions and recommendations on the improvements of product, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development.
  • To be involved in marketing activities, sales promotions or campaigns and assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • To be involved in the new product development process.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least SPM certificate or a Diploma in Business or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in sales, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently to other states.
  • Independent, with strong persuasive interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Exhibits strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aggressive and a fast learner.
  • Possesses a good attitude and responsible character.
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurial skills.
