We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter on a contract basis to manage and deliver top-tier talent for Sales, Pre-sales and Technical roles.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, including market mapping and competitive intelligence, to proactively identify and engage specialized passive Sales talent
Qualify, interview, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process (except for onboarding) for all assigned requisitions, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Sales Hiring Managers, providing consultative guidance on market conditions, talent strategy, and complex offer negotiations.
Achieve and exceed defined KPIs and act as the primary project owner for all searches, providing regular status reports.

Requirements :

Minimum 5+ years of progressive corporate and / or search firm recruiting experience, including full-life cycle recruiting.

Critical Requirement : Demonstrable and recent experience successfully recruiting for senior-level, B2B, or Enterprise Sales roles.

Proven ability to manage a high volume of complex requisitions autonomously and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Strong command of English, proficient communication skills, and competency with Google Applications (or comparable tools).

Possess a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
