Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize, design, and implement window displays and in-store visual merchandising aligned with brand identity and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent visual standards across all retail locations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with store managers, sales teams and marketing departments to ensure visual strategy supports business goals.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual execution and brand consistency.
- Monitor the performance of merchandising strategies and make data-driven improvements to drive sales.
- Provide training and guidance to in-store staff on visual standards and maintenance.
- Manage time and resources effectively to meet deadlines without supervision.
- Source, prepare, and maintain props, signage, and visual materials.
- Stay updated on fashion and retail trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas.
Requirements :
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.Proven track record in creating impactful visual displays that drive customer engagement and sales.Strong understanding of customer service and sales dynamics in a retail setting.Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Proficiency in Mandarin is compulsory.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Contract
