Visual Merchandising

Key Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize, design, and implement window displays and in-store visual merchandising aligned with brand identity and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistent visual standards across all retail locations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with store managers, sales teams and marketing departments to ensure visual strategy supports business goals.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual execution and brand consistency.
• Monitor the performance of merchandising strategies and make data-driven improvements to drive sales.
• Provide training and guidance to in-store staff on visual standards and maintenance.
• Manage time and resources effectively to meet deadlines without supervision.
• Source, prepare, and maintain props, signage, and visual materials.
• Stay updated on fashion and retail trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas.

Requirements :
