Job Responsibilities
- Maintain existing test cases and design new test cases.
- Execute manual / automation testing and report product bugs.
- Triage customer feedback, search existing issues, and route them to the correct area path.
- Address customer concerns and follow up on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze issues reported by customers, reproduce them, report bugs, or respond to address their concerns.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on customer feedback for senior management and relevant departments.
- Work closely with the development and customer service teams to ensure feedback is resolved on time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with Visual Studio and software development processes.Familiarity with the C++ compiler process and C++ programming.Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.Ability to troubleshoot and understand technical issues reported by customers.Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.Beyondsoft (Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed, ) is a global IT Consulting, Solutions and Services provider.
