Job descriptionProvide friendly, courteous, and supportive customer service at all times. Manage cashier duties by scanning items, calculating totals, and finalizing transactions. Address customer inquiries and resolve simple issues promptly and politely. Apply correct prices and follow promotional offers during transactions. Accept payments via cash, card, or other approved methods, ensuring accurate change is given. Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Share product pricing details with customers when requested. Adhere to cashier protocols and report any irregularities to the supervisor. Keep the counter area clean, well-organized, and safe in line with hygiene standards. Support colleagues in completing daily operational tasks when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and able to handle varying tasks, shifts, and responsibilities.
