  • Provide friendly, courteous, and supportive customer service at all times.
  • Manage cashier duties by scanning items, calculating totals, and finalizing transactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve simple issues promptly and politely.
  • Apply correct prices and follow promotional offers during transactions.
  • Accept payments via cash, card, or other approved methods, ensuring accurate change is given.
  • Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Share product pricing details with customers when requested.
  • Adhere to cashier protocols and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
  • Keep the counter area clean, well-organized, and safe in line with hygiene standards.
  • Support colleagues in completing daily operational tasks when necessary.

    • Job Requirements

    • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification preferred.
    • 1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Adaptable and able to handle varying tasks, shifts, and responsibilities.
