About the role
Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly passionate, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented team player to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As an Order Management Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth end‑to‑end order processing, coordinating closely with internal teams and customers, and supporting the timely fulfilment of our HVAC products and solutions. Your accuracy, responsiveness, and commitment to service excellence will contribute directly to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing
Deliver excellent customer service by attending to incoming calls, emails, and walk‑in enquiries promptly and professionally.
Process sales orders accurately, including delivery scheduling, order changes or updates, invoice and billing preparation, and resolving any documentation discrepancies.
Review and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of goods and services.
Support inventory management by assisting in stock monitoring for finished goods and spare parts, including updating system records and participating in physical stock counts.
Handle warranty service processes , including documentation, tracking, and follow‑ups to ensure smooth completion of warranty cycles.
What we’re looking for
Relevant qualification with experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support.
Familiarity with sales orders, billings, warehousing and shipment procedures, as well as basic sales or inventory planning.
Strong telephony, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal teams.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a positive attitude and being a supportive team player.
