About the role

We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Silitech Technology Corporation Sdn Bhd in Sungai Jawi, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, while driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and market trends to provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Regularly meeting with clients to understand their needs and pain points, and proposing relevant solutions
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and providing regular progress reports

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the Account & Relationship Management industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak & write in Mandarin, English & Japanese
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
