Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in any field with up to 1 year of full‑time work experience as of application deadline. Intellectual curiosity and strong capacity for rapid learning. Clear and effective communication skills. Prior internship experience in e‑commerce or management consulting is preferred. Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Participate in a maximum 18‑month program with 3‑4 rotations across key e‑commerce functions.
- Support seller onboarding, training, and growth in Acquisition and Incubation.
- Collaborate with creators and sellers to build strategic partnerships in Category Creators.
- Drive viral campaigns to increase awareness and GMV in Campaign Management.
- Contribute to platform‑level projects and data analysis in Platform Operations and Business Intelligence.
- Engage with stakeholders and develop both technical and strategic skills throughout the program.
