Account Assistant

Job descriptionMinimum 1-2 years experience Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping & filling procedures and familiar with accounting standards. Those who can start immediately will be an added advantage Advanced level in MS Excel and good knowledge of UBS software. Equipped with organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information and documents. Able to work closely with various departments in the company.
Responsibilities
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts.
- Assist in preparing a full set of financial accounts.
- Prepare and submit various statutory reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of statutory accounts.
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when necessary.
