Property Sales Manager

Location : Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Are you a driven property sales professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for real estate? We are seeking a Property Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with buyers and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the sales of property developments and existing inventory to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations, SPA documentation, and handovers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service from inquiry to handover.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, buyer behaviour, and pricing strategies.
  • Guide and coach junior business executives to improve team performance.
  • Liaise with banks, legal counsel, and local authorities to ensure smooth sales and financing processes.
  • Oversee the vacant possession process and coordinate defect rectifications with project teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of property sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Sabah property regulations (Housing Development Act, strata / title handover, Developer's License).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a team, and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
