Job descriptionAssist in planning the company's sales & marketing strategies and schedules. Execute sales & marketing activities as planned or instructed. Participate in any sales & marketing activities including group visits, presentations, networking sessions, roadshows / trade missions. Handle and follow up on walk-in, phone calls and email enquiries in a timely manner; maintain accurate records and report. Assist on compilation of necessary sales & marketing documentation for internal use / external proposal purposes. Monitor project progress, billings, payment collections and escalate urgent issues to the head of department. Conduct interim market survey & research. Will be guided to monitor matters concerning sales & marketing KPIs and compliance with the ISO standards. Diploma / Degree in relevant field or equivalent. With at least 1-year experience in Sales and Marketing. Experience in the Property Market is an added advantage. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
