Sales & Marketing Executive

Job descriptionStrong skills in communication, negotiation, closing, time management, product knowledge, and computer literacy Active on social media Hardworking, proactive, consistent, with integrity and a strong team spirit Physically fit with own transportation (company vehicle provided) Minimum 2 years of sales experience Able to communicate in Malay, English & Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)
Main Responsibilities :
- Customer Acquisition and Management
- Product Presentation & Service Proposal
- Achieving Sales Targets
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Reporting – updating sales records, customer data
- Product Knowledge & Training – understanding LED, LED Solar, energy-saving features & SIRIM approval
- Market Research – analyzing current market, competitors, and new opportunities
- After-Sales Support – providing assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements :
Are you passionate about sales and eager to make an impact? We're looking for a dynamic individual to drive growth, manage client relationships, and promote our innovative LED & LED Solar products. In this role, you'll combine strategy, creativity, and market insight to achieve sales targets while building lasting connections with clients.
If you have strong communication skills, at least 2 years of sales experience, and the drive to succeed — we want you on our team Be ready to travel, explore new markets, and grow with us.
Location : Melaka / Puchong / Kedah / Perak / Sabah Sarawak / Johor (with nationwide travel opportunities)
