Sales Operations Executive – Quel International, Malaysia
Quel International is growing — and we’re looking for someone who loves structure, coordination and being the backbone of a high‑performing sales team to support our Sales Manager and ensure smooth day‑to‑day coordination between clients, consultants, warehouse, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, format, and submit quotations accurately and on time
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the warehouse / logistics team and follow up with clients
- Manage vendor registration and client portal onboarding for new and existing clients
- Assist in pre‑qualification (PQ) submissions, tender documents, and company profile updates
- Maintain sales databases, quotation logs, and weekly reports
- Monitor portal notifications, RFQs, and vendor compliance updates
- Provide basic customer support, including enquiries on products, pricing, and availability
- Ensure documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists are properly filed

1–3 years’ experience in sales operations / coordinationStrong organisational and documentation skillsConfidence in dealing with clients & internal teamsGood command of English & BMProficiency in Excel & general admin toolsA proactive attitude with strong follow‑up skillsIf you’re detail‑oriented, structured, and enjoy operational work — you’ll fit right in.
