Job description

Team Leader for Staffing Team. Manage blue and white collar, and temporary staffing

Basic Salary : RM3500 - RM4000

Monday - Friday (9AM - 6PM)

Hybrid working mode (3 days working from office and 2 days working from home)

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Planning Executive to support our MYSG operations. This role is a mix of business planning, reporting, and operational support , ensuring smooth claims processing, sales tracking, and data consolidation to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. MYSG Claims Management

Check and validate claims with supporting documents
Upload claims into the TSM portal for MYSG Distributors
Advise KAMs on correct brand allocation

2. Claims Tracker & Reporting

Extract and consolidate data from TSM portal for tracking purposes

Ensure timely updates of claim statuses

Collaborate with Credit team and KAMs to ensure claims are processed on time

Compile, validate, and process trade return data from AMT, distributors, and retailers

4. Daily Sales & Secondary Sales Tracking

Update Daily Sales Report (DSR) and consolidate secondary sales from all KAMs

Compile and consolidate monthly actualized data for Optimus planning

6. NPD Actualized Data Tracking

Track and consolidate NPD sell-in vs. planning

Identify gaps, track achievement rates, and highlight opportunities

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Strong analytical and data management skills

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Good communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
