Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional with experience in both digital marketing and offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing marketing strategies, producing compelling content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth. Fresh graduates with passion and relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns targeting C-end consumers, including platform selection, audience segmentation, and language optimization.
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities , including site visits and B-end business engagements, to build partnerships and drive brand awareness.
• Create and manage marketing materials, including advertising copy, design drafts, social media content, and event planning documents .
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies , optimizing content and website visibility.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to improve ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the UI / UX and product teams to ensure marketing aligns with brand identity and product positioning.
