The Recruiter – Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s workforce by leading recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle hiring processes, and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Lead hiring efforts for mid-to-senior level and specialized roles across departments.Candidate Sourcing & EngagementProactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.Interview & SelectionConduct initial screenings, competency-based interviews, and coordinate interview panels.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.Offer ManagementManage salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
Employer BrandingRepresent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
Collaborate with HR and marketing to strengthen employer brand presence.Data & ReportingTrack recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership for continuous improvement.Mentor and coach junior recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.Share best practices and contribute to team development.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Proven success in sourcing and hiring for mid-to-senior level positions.Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience mentoring or leading recruitment teams is a plus.Strategic mindset with ability to align hiring with business goals.Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and candidates.Data-driven approach to recruitment decision-making.High level of professionalism and integrity.Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.APPLY
