Customer Service Executive (Australia Market - Required Malay Candidates Only)

Our parental company is situated in Australia, and we're in pathology field. It's a permanent employment that requires to serve our own Australian consumers. The position will be located at our Petaling Jaya office. Candidates with no Australia / EMEA market experience on their CV will not be considered. Hence, please indicate in your CV any job experience you have in Australia or the EMEA market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Have experience working in call center for at least 3 years minimum.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, highly organized and the ability to follow established procedures.
  • Be comfortable taking responsibility for timely and thorough completion of their task.
  • Have a willingness to work within Australian Clinical Labs’ core values.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and work experience in a related position will be well regarded.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in any field. Degree holders are welcome to apply.
  • Computer, typing and keyboard skills.
  • Willing to work on weekends, Public Holidays and shift hours.
  • Exceptional English Communication.
  • Must have experience working with Australian Clients.
