Customer Service Executive (Australia Market - Required Malay Candidates Only)

Willing to work on weekends, Public Holidays and shift hours. Exceptional English Communication. Must have experience working with Australian Clients. Work location is based in Menara Axis (2min walk from Asia Jaya LRT station) We provide various types of OT. Entitled for various types of allowances for shift work. Entitled for an attractive incentive. Annual leave – 14 days. Emergency leave – 3 days. Sick leave – 14 days. Hospitalisation leave – 60 days. Maternity leave – 98 days. Paternity leave – 7 days. Compassionate leave – 3 days. Carried forward leave – allowed 3 days. Outpatient medical and specialist is cashless – yearly limit is MYR 600. Entitled for dental and optical - yearly MYR 250. Hospitalization and surgical is cashless – yearly limit is MYR 60,000. Group term life coverage for MYR 60,000. Entitled for EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB and HRDF. Entitled for annual bonus and increment based on performance. Funeral donation for immediate family members is MYR 100. Overtime pay. Yearly Performance bonus. Command of English communication. Excellent communication skills to work with Australia. Education : Diploma or Degree Applicants Only.
Customer Service Executive (Australia Market - Required Malay Candidates Only)
Our parental company is situated in Australia, and we're in pathology field. It's a permanent employment that requires to serve our own Australian consumers. The position will be located at our Petaling Jaya office. Candidates with no Australia / EMEA market experience on their CV will not be considered. Hence, please indicate in your CV any job experience you have in Australia or the EMEA market.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Have experience working in call center for at least 3 years minimum.
- Have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, highly organized and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Be comfortable taking responsibility for timely and thorough completion of their task.
- Have a willingness to work within Australian Clinical Labs’ core values.
- Understanding of medical terminology and work experience in a related position will be well regarded.
