Job descriptionProficient in Mandarin (required) with basic English & Malay communication skills; also proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered) Knowledge of management reporting or financial analysis is an advantage Detail‑oriented, organized, and responsible Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, etc.) Able to work independently and collaborate well with advisory and management teams EPF, SOCSO & PCB contributions Annual, medical & birthday leave Annual bonus Company trip & team activities Young, supportive & energetic working environment Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Malaysia? Salary : RM 2,700 – RM 3,500 (negotiable based on experience)
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team.
This position works closely with our Financial Advisory Department , supporting management reporting and board presentation preparations.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts independently (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and perform month‑end closing
- Maintain and update accounting records and supporting documents
- Assist the Financial Advisory team in preparing management reports, financial summaries, and board presentation materials
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and internal departments
- Support management and the Financial Advisory team during board meetings when needed
- Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned
