Python Developer (Hybrid)

Overview

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks that streamline data integration, testing, and system orchestration across a variety of tools and platforms. You’ll work closely with QA engineers, product managers, and backend developers to build reliable, scalable solutions that drive efficiency and insight across our organization.

Salary and Experience

Junior : RM4,000 - RM5,500, at least 2 years of experience

Mid Level : RM5,500 - RM7,500, at least 3 years of experience

Senior : RM7,500 - RM9,000, at least 4-5 years of experience

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain Python scripts to consolidate, transform, and integrate data from diverse external systems into unified formats for internal use.
• Design and build web automation tools or frameworks using technologies like Selenium, Cypress, Puppeteer, Testcafe or Playwright for testing, data extraction, and integration.
• Create script-based automation solutions to orchestrate tasks and information flows across APIs, systems, and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Telegram or Slack).
• Collaborate with QA engineers, product managers, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective automation strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, automation stability, and test reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and team standards.
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and help improve internal workflows and processes.
