An Inside Sales Account Manager typically focuses on managing existing and new customer relationships and driving revenue growth within a defined account base. They play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, expanding product adoption, and achieving sales targets.
Your role requires following responsibilities : -
Acquire, onboard and accelerate high potential developers in the Emerging Segment via a vendor partnership
to the contacts provided through emails and generating leads.
: Using client proprietary and third-party tolls.
Building strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and goals.
Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction.
Possessing in-depth knowledge of client's Ad product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and needs.
Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase customer lifetime value.
Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting on account performance.
Working closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve shared objectives
