Proton Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Guide customers through the purchase journey by providing comparisons, highlighting key features, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new arrivals, and vehicle features.
• Deliver engaging product presentations, conduct demonstrations, and arrange test drives in line with dealership procedures.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and fully functional.
• Support the inspection of pre-owned vehicles and handle documentation for loan / financing applications.
• Personally deliver vehicles to customers, explaining operational features, warranty details, and relevant documents.
• Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.
