Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Support staff with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits
