Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least SPM / "O" Level, Diploma in Healthcare, Medical Science, Nursing, or equivalent. Experience in a clinic / healthcare setting is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Good multitasking, communication, and computer skills. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and customer service orientation. Able to work shift system (no night shift). Must be available to start work immediately or within short notice. Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu, English and / or Mandarin. Pleasant personality, friendly, and able to treat patients with respect and kindness. Monday – Friday : 8.00 AM – 6.00 PM Sunday : 8.00 AM – 1.00 PM NO night shift Salary : RM1,800 – RM2,500 per month (depending on experience & qualifications) EPF, SOCSO, EIS Annual leave, medical leave, maternity leave Opportunities for promotion & professional development Additional allowance & bonus based on performance Friendly and supportive working environment Full-time / Permanent Free parking Maternity leave Opportunities for promotion Professional development What is your highest level of education? Do you have any working experience in a clinic or healthcare setting? Are you able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu, English and / or Mandarin? Are you able to work Monday to Friday (8 AM – 6 PM) and Sunday (8 AM – 1 PM) ? Are you available to start work immediately or within short notice? What is your expected salary range? How long is your notice period with your current employer? Are you willing to work in Jelutong, Penang, and commute daily? Do you have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word / Excel or clinic software)? STM / STPM (Preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Support doctors during examinations and clinical procedures.
- Prepare and dispense medications under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic.
- Monitor inventory and stock supplies.
- Answer patient inquiries and phone calls.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the doctor / supervisor.
