About The Role

In this role as a Senior Quality System Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality System in areas such as MSA, Calibration, and the Internal Quality Audit Program, as well as maintaining IATF / ISO 9001 certification and supporting external visits and customer audits. This role also supports other Quality System processes, including Quality Change Management, FMEA, and document control.

What You Will Do

• Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve Quality System processes such as Calibration, MSA, Auditing, FMEA, Control Plans, Change Management, and Document Control.
• Organize and review MSA studies and calibration processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure local compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audit programs (including customer audits), ensuring timely follow‑up and closure of non‑conformities.
• Ensure the factory maintains certification requirements for IATF16949 and ISO9001.
• Support continuous improvement activities and systemic corrective actions across the organization.
• Provide timely responses and feedback to customer quality‑related requests and questionnaires.
• Manage and maintain Quality Systems tools such as the documentation and process systems, audit databases, and tracking tools.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support the business on all Quality System‑related topics.
