Work you’ll do This is a position with Deloitte’s expanding Tax Governance practice, providing tailored advice and solutions to a broad range of clients, both domestic and multinationals looking to gain access into various markets from tax and regulatory perspective. As a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, you will be involved in the end-to-end implementation of tax governance projects. You will work closely with tax, finance, and IT teams, supporting clients on topics such as tax control frameworks, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities include supporting the design and implementation of tax governance frameworks, including for Public CbCR and Pillar 2. This involves managing project deliverables, leading business process modelling, documenting systems for tax and finance processes, and contributing to the global growth of Deloitte’s tax governance practice. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following : Corporate income tax (preferably Singapore tax), Internal audit or controls-related work, Business process design or ERP project implementation. Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) or finance / tax transformation projects. Familiarity with SAP tax modules (e.g. DRC) is an advantage. Understanding of key business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R). Software aptitude in PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Excel, and / or Visio Well versed in pitching presentations to clients and key stakeholders Good analytical and modeling skills Team player with strong communication skills Open to work in an international multicultural environment We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from qualified candidates.
