Overnight Concierge (Mandarin, Cantonese and English required) - Malaysia. Remote role based in Malaysia.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with members by understanding their unique lifestyle needs and preferences
- Manage incoming requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Research and recommend tailored options that go above and beyond member expectations
- Offer proactive lifestyle suggestions to maximize member value
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver seamless service
- Advocate for your members and help resolve any issues with empathy and ownership
- Translate or adapt responses as needed to ensure clear communication
- Deliver on deadlines while maintaining a customer-first mindset

Requirements
Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English – written and spokenExceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members and suppliers, maintaining calm and professionalismAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionDedication to customer satisfaction, tact and diplomacy, and strong problem-solving skillsExcellent time management with the ability to multi-taskDetail-oriented and deadline-driven to meet demanding standardsComfort in a complex, busy, and dynamic work environmentExperience with UHNW clients in customer service, dining, ticketing or hospitality is an added advantageAdditional Attributes

This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week role on a shift basis. The right candidate should be flexible to work between 10 : 00pm–7 : 00am local time, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
