Job Duties
- Create, monitor, and close multiple worksheets daily.
- Perform data entry.
- Work closely with other departments, buyers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely arrival of goods to meet the needs of the business.
- Ensure item discrepancies, changes and variances are adjusted and reported.
- Understand and identify universal barcodes and perform weekly checks to ensure accurate information is displayed.
- Ensure product labels are placed and removed on time.
- Handle and transfer large data files.
- Produce, update and submit internal reports.
- Provide great customer services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, any industry but preferably one that is large / fast paced.Previous purchasing experience desirable but not essential.Must possess analytical and numerical skills, and ability to handle large sums of data.Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook and generally be computer literate.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.Able to meet very tight deadlines.Must be proactive and able to adapt to rapid changes.Compensation
CI$10.00 - 13.00 per hour, depending on experience.
