Job Description

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment efficiency and reliability.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff.

Oversee the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems specific to processing and production.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance.

Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budget, and procurement of maintenance supplies and services.

Coordinate and supervise shutdowns, major repairs, and capital projects.

Monitor KPIs such as equipment uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance cost per ton.

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices.

Drive root cause analysis and corrective action processes for equipment failures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or any related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferably within heavy manufacturing industries with experience in a leadership or management role.

Strong knowledge of heavy manufacturing processes and equipment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

Proficiency in using engineering design and analysis software.

Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations within the industry.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
