About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Finance Executive. As a Finance Executive, you will play a key role in managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions. You will collaborate closely with various departments within the organization to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely processing of accounting transactions with high accuracy, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries, while ensuring accurate financial operations.
- Ensure timely issuance of invoices and filing of tax returns while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Business, Operations and Finance Operations team in setting up process flows, financial information and reports
- Checking the completeness and accuracy of the information and reports
- Assist in month end closing and prepare meaningful and good quality financial disclosures
- Ensure accounting standards, tax requirements, company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times
- Assist in external and internal audits.
- Proactively participate and support continuous improvements on work processes
- To provide insightful information as and when required by management to support decision making
- Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Professional qualification in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalentAbility to work independently and highly adaptable with a good attitudePrior experience in Big 4 audit firms is an advantageMeticulous, detailed oriented personBasic accounting knowledge and willing to work with data entry tasksDynamic and less-conformant to traditional nine-to-five type working hours.Experienced in Agile way of working.Positive mind-set and self-driven.Actual “hands-on” experience in performing financial closing and operations.Why Join Us
