Job Description
We are seeking native Hong Kong speakers who are fluent in Cantonese and English to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing online content, handling customer complaints and copyright-related issues, and ensuring the accuracy of updates on a popular social media platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Reviewing Online Videos / Content / Complaints / Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work or material
- Reviewing / updating contents on a popular social media platform
- Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
