Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek Minimum educational requirement : High school diploma or equivalent Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) Good command of English (written and spoken) Minimum 1 year of customer service experience High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexible availability including nights and weekends Passion for customer service and a positive attitude toward the crypto industry Experience or interest in cryptocurrency is a strong advantage
