Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaking), you'll engage with customers via chat, email, or phone, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert guidance on cryptocurrency services—all while maintaining a professional, supportive tone and helping shape a world-class user experience.

Job Overview

Employment type : Full-Time

Shift : Shifting Schedule – Must be flexible to work during the day, afternoon, night, and weekends

Work setup : Permanent Work-from-Home

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including email, live chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with account-related issues, technical troubleshooting, and general inquiries about products and services.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding cryptocurrency trading, security measures, and account management procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and adhere to established service protocols and guidelines.
  • Consistently strive to exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum educational requirement : High school diploma or equivalent
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • Passion for customer service and a positive attitude toward the crypto industry
  • Experience or interest in cryptocurrency is a strong advantage
