Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work progress meets project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers for effective site execution.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports for the Project Manager.
• Resolve on-site issues, technical challenges, and resource constraints promptly.
• Ensure proper use of machinery, manpower, and materials to minimize wastage.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities when required.
• Support implementation of project plans, schedules, and drawings as directed by the Project Manager.
• Assist in managing site documentation and compliance records.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to site staff and workers.
