Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work progress meets project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers for effective site execution.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports for the Project Manager.
- Resolve on-site issues, technical challenges, and resource constraints promptly.
- Ensure proper use of machinery, manpower, and materials to minimize wastage.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities when required.
- Support implementation of project plans, schedules, and drawings as directed by the Project Manager.
- Assist in managing site documentation and compliance records.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to site staff and workers.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in highway / road construction projects.Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, earthworks, and pavement construction.Familiar with site safety regulations and reporting requirements.Able to work independently and handle multiple site tasks.Good communication and coordination skills with diverse teams.Willing to be based at the project site in Sabah and work extended hours when necessary.Job Types : Full-time, Contract
