Overview

Coohom is an intelligent interior design software developed by Manycore Tech Inc., an AI technology company founded in 2011 in Hangzhou. Coohom leverages cloud power for fast and scalable 3D cloud-based, consumer-facing e-commerce solutions across retail sectors including kitchen, bathroom, furniture, and outdoor living. Job Responsibilities

Undertake the operation of the international pan-home furnishing industry SaaS business imported by the sales department, including software on-boarding arrangement, daily communication & maintenance, training & troubleshooting, requirements & issues collecting, and actively coordinating internal & external resources to provide customers with high-quality services. Improve customer stickiness, merchant satisfaction, and maintain a good cooperative relationship through regular customer communication, customer visits and other operational means. Gain in-depth understanding of customer business model and current situation, mine customer pain points, provide customers with professional and exclusive project implementation plans, guide customers to reach in-depth cooperation, and promote customer success. Possess certain data analysis abilities, be responsible for key metrics such as the activity of customer tools usage, identify customer problems through data, propose solutions, analyze operational effects, and continuously improve customer activation and satisfaction. Have strong product sense to enable guiding and drive product updates, ensuring successful implementation. Guide and explore customer needs to provide value-added services on a daily basis, facilitating customer renewal. Qualifications

Based in Malaysia; business-level English proficiency. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is a strong plus. Experience in customer project management with strong goal orientation and sound process management habits. Prior experience in SaaS operations or product roles is preferred; background in furniture or interior design industries is a plus. Highly proactive, fast learner, with a strong sense of innovation and the ability to apply it in practice. Patient, service-oriented, and committed to customer success.
