Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive budget tracking system for USP and NADI projects.
- Provide regular budget updates and reports to internal stakeholders and management.
- Identify and mitigate potential budget risks and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications
Financial Management (Advanced) : Proven experience in budget management and fund utilization.USP Knowledge (Experienced) : Understanding of MCMC USP regulations and compliance requirements.Analytical Skills (Advanced) : Skilled in analysing budget utilization and claims data.Number Crunching (Advanced) : Proficient in handling large datasets, performing complex calculations, and identifying trends.Solid experience in SAP and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).Certifications : Financial or marketing certification preferred.Other Key Information
Formal Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.Language : English, Bahasa MalaysiaRelevant Working Experience : Proven experience in budget management and fund utilization, understanding of MCMC USP regulations and compliance requirements, experience in analyzing budget utilization and claims data & proficient in handling large datasets, performing complex calculations, and identifying trends.What’s next?
