Plan and execute creative content, trending challenges, and ad assets in collaboration with relevant teams.
Monitor video performance and analytics, optimising content direction and posting schedule continuously.
Coordinate with editing, design, and advertising teams to ensure high‑quality content output and consistent brand tone.
Research platform algorithms and trending topics to identify high‑potential content and collaboration opportunities with creators.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1+ year of experience managing TikTok or other short‑form video platforms.
Strong understanding of TikTok content ecosystem, algorithm mechanisms, and international audience preferences.
Experience in content planning, scriptwriting, and performance data analysis.
Fluent in both Chinese and English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong execution skills and ability to drive projects independently.
Prior experience in product or app content operations is an advantage (industry‑neutral).
